Each 10'x10' inline booth for motorcycle-related and craft vendors costs $135.
Each 10'x10' inline booth for commercial vendors costs $225.
Each 10'x10' corner booth for motorcycle-related and craft vendors costs $185.
Each 10'x10' corner booth for commercial vendors costs $275.
Electrical in booth - $50 per outlet (must be reserved in advance)
8’ Rectangular Table (all tables must be reserved in advance) - $15
You must provide your own chairs
If you were a vendor at the March 2022 Event, your booth locations will be saved for you through January 15th, 2023 (in most cases, but there are exceptions.) If you plan on returning, please email us at email@example.com and let us know. We will then complete a reservation for you and send you confirmation with a link to pay.
Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Click the Vendor Registration button below and follow instructions. Priority will be given to those with motorcycle related products.
PASSES & VENDOR PARKING:
2 weekend (Fri- Sun) Vendor Passes are included with the first booth plus 1 extra pass for each additional booth.
Extra weekend Vendor passes are $15 each
Vendor Parking is free and will be in a designated areas.
HOTELS: Scroll down to book discounted lodging at partner hotels.
RV PARKING: is available for $35(hookups) and $25(non-hookups).

Just as in past years, vendor insurance is required for this event. The requirements are a minimum of $1M general liability insurance. If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and send certificate to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org

If you don’t already have insurance that will cover you for the event, we have partnered with an outside company to provide you with insurance at the lowest possible cost, which is $40. The process to sign up is simple, and the certificates will be automatically sent to us when complete.
