BOOTH RENTAL:
Each 10'x10' inline booth for motorcycle-related vendors costs $135.
Each 10'x10' inline booth for craft/retail vendors costs $150.
Each 10'x10' inline booth for commercial vendors costs $225.
Each 10'x10' corner booth for motorcycle-related vendors costs $185.
Each 10'x10' corner booth for craft/retail vendors costs $200.
Each 10'x10' corner booth for commercial vendors costs $275.

MISC. ITEMS:
Electrical in booth - $50 per outlet (must be reserved in advance)
8’ Rectangular Table (all tables must be reserved in advance) - $15 each

Single Bike Show Award Sponsorship - $40
Full Class of 3 Bike Show Awards Sponsorship - $100
Special Bike Show Award Sponsorship - $105

PASSES & VENDOR PARKING:
2 weekend (Fri- Sun) Vendor Passes are included with the first booth plus 1 extra pass for each additional booth.
Extra weekend Vendor passes are $15 each (Limit of 5 per booth)
Vendor Parking is free and will be in a designated areas.

LODGING:

RV PARKING: is available for $35(hookups) and $25(non-hookups).

INSURANCE:
Just as in past years, vendor insurance is required for this event. The requirements are a minimum of $1M general liability insurance. If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and send certificate to us at: events@motorcycleexpos.com

If you don’t already have insurance that will cover you for the event, we have partnered with an outside company to provide you with insurance at the lowest possible cost, which is around $50 plus fees. The process to sign up is simple, and the certificates will be automatically sent to us when complete.
